Zipper Blues is owned by Jamie and Matt, a young married couple who were born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. Both are graduates from Duquesne University, and Jamie is a former fashion model. With their experience in small business & in fashion, Jamie and Matt decided to open a high-end boutique after college in 2004.
Zipper Blues has been an incorporated business for 5 years, and has a land based location in Pennsylvania. The name of the store was derived from the Smashing Pumpkins song, "1979", which seemed to be the perfect name for a denim boutique.
In 2008, Shop Zipper Blues online was launched. All of the products you see on our site and in our store are purchased from official NYC showrooms. Our online store sells merchandise through a secure server on Yahoo Small Business. You can feel comfortable and safe purchasing from us. Your business and support are always appreciated!

Shipping is a flat fee of $5.00 per order. Merchandise will usually ship within 24 hours via priority mail USPS, and will arrive within 5-7 business days. All packages are shipped with delivery confirmation & tracking numbers.
Return Policy:
For online sales only, we offer full refunds, exchanges or store credit on unworn and unaltered merchandise, not including accessories, that is returned within 14 days of original purchase, with original tags attached and the receipt present.
No returns or exchanges are available on accessories, altered or worn merchandise, merchandise without a receipt, or merchandise that does not have original tags attached.
For purchases made inside our Pittsburgh store, the return policy is 14 days for credit only, on full price merchandise with receipt and original tags attached.
